Booking & Payment
In order to confirm your tour you are required to complete the Booking Form for all travelers and confirm by deposit or pay the full amount by check.
Be sure to fill in all required fields completely and accurately for each person to avoid any delays in booking.
You will also receive information on Flights, Travel Insurance, and obtaining Passports & Visas if necessary. Once the Booking Form
has been completed, you will be invoiced for the

Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin GAP Adventure's tours, making it impossible to include international airfare in tour prices.
Cultural Adrenaline recognizes the unpredictable nature of flight prices and encourages all travelers to book flights through the agency of their
choice. Accompanying your booking form will be a selection of resources offering competitive flight quotes, all of which can be booked online.

Travel Insurance
GAP Adventures requires all travelers to obtain USD 75,000 worth of medical coverage. Your tour guide will
ask to see proof of insurance on Day 1 of your tour. It is the traveler's responsibility to purchase
the required coverage prior to departing. You will be provided with a quote once you have submitted the Booking Form.

Local Payment
Most of GAP Adventure tours involve a Local Payment that is paid to the Leader/Representative in cash on day 1 of your tour. This Local Payment is put towards included local expenses, such as arranging internal flights as well as entrance and guide fees. Local Payments also reduce the need to wire or transfer funds which can become very expensive. This lowers our operational costs so we can pass the savings on to you. The local payment is in addition to, and is not included in, the base tour price.
Passports & Visas
We can assist you in obtaining documents such as Passports, Visas and Birth Certificates (for ID).
You will receive information about obtaining the relevant documents when booking your tour.
